Accessing "/management" OR Deployed Application gives Basic Authentication Page though Basic Authentication is Not Configured (Doc ID 2649399.1)

Symptoms

While accessing the application "/management " or any other deployed application on WebLogic it asks for username/password(basic authentication) as shown below.

 

Once the correct username/password is provided it gives "Not found" output.

Upon checking found that there are no applications deployed with the context root "/management" and hence unable to disable/remove the same.
