Capture Server Getting Stuck Import Processor Threads (Doc ID 2649453.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 29, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

There is a 2 node cluster in a UAT environment. The first node has a lot of errors regarding stuck threads. Clearing the cache and tmp folders has been done, but as soon as server starts back up, the error messages begin again. These errors were noticed when this node was in a FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE state.  This is not occurring in other environments.

Stuck thread error:

[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '46' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "660" seconds working on the request "Workmanager: default, Version: 0, Scheduled=false, Started=true, Started time: 660403 ms ", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds in "server-failure-trigger".

List file Import error:

[ERROR] [] [oracle.odc.importprocessor.ImportJobSchedulerSessionBean] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '24' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: ] [ecid:] [ Error reading from list file <Path to List File>]
