Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Human workflow (11g+)
When attempting to delegate to another user in the role in BPM Workspace,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
1/ When selecting multiple tasks the following error occurs "An unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information."
2/ When selecting only 1 task the following error occurs: "Task type is invalid"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into BPM Workspace
2. Navigate to Preferences in User Name > Rules > My Rules
3. Select the task type
4. Click Save button and the error occurs
