Oracle MFT Server SFTP Port Stopped Working (Doc ID 2650045.1)

Symptoms

Your MFT server SFTP port stops working very frequently.

Environment details:

Product Version: 12.2.1.3.0

OTD URL which we are trying to connect through Winscp or Filezilla:<hostname>.com
Associated Server hostnames: <hostname>.com 

You are not able to log in to the <hostname>.com through winscp or filezilla using port <port number>. The error "not a valid user" is displayed on the MFT users tab ad well.
