Symptoms

 In a 12c PS4 OIM-OAM integrated environment with OUD as the backend Identity Store, when a user is "Locked" or "Unlocked" in OIG, the below error stack can be seen in the OIG server log file:

Changes

No change in the environment. It is a fresh install of OIG 12c PS4
