Getting Error "javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException" when Attemptiing to Login to WebCenter Content: Imaging

Symptoms
Users are not able to login to the WebCenter Content: Imaging console. The Oracle logo keeps rotating after the user enters the credentials and the home page never loads.
The below exception is recorded in the Imaging diagnostic logs:
