How To Populate FND_ATTACH_DOCUMENT Table with the Document ID from UCM? (Doc ID 2651526.1)

Is there any way attachment can be uploaded into Fusion or at least populate the seeded fnd_attach_document table with the document id of attachment and respective entity name (Absence) for which attachment is there in UCM server?

Suppose one attachment is loaded already in content server having a valid content id also. How to link that attachment with one existing absence entry record?

Is there any way possible or any HDL file present to achieve the same?
