After Enabling LDAP for SSL Communication MFT Console log in fails with "User is not authorised to view the artifacts." (Doc ID 2652164.1)

Symptoms

You have enabled SSL communication between Oracle MFT and your Active Directory LDAP, in response to changes being introduced by Microsoft:

2020 LDAP channel binding and LDAP signing requirements for Windows

The connection from the WLS Administration Console works successfully. You can bounce the AdminServer and log into the console using your LDAP user credentials.

But after bouncing the MFT managed server, the following error occurs upon logging into the MFT Console as any authorized user.

"User is not authorised to view the artifacts."


You also find the following error is logged in the MFT application log files during the failed login attempt.
