Symptoms
Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) is configured to forward request to backend application/WLS using mod_wl_ohs.
Requests containing decoded special characters such as , | in the URL are failing with error 500.
Using and | as example which are encoded values representing special characters:
-Space added after % so the percent encoded characters are displayed.
