Symptoms
Starting managed server from admin console fails with the below error.
However, server starts when started using startManagedWebLogic script command line.
This issue happens only when started the server from the admin console.
Issue persists even after creating a fresh boot.properties with plain text credentials under Domain_Home/servers/server_name/data/nodemanager.
Changes
This could be due to password was updated sometime back and it is not reflecting correctly.
