Goal

The "orapki" command is not distributed with the Oracle Tuxedo installation.
However, instead it is advised to use "orapki" binary which come along with Oracle DB (Client) installation to create wallet.

Is it possible to enhance Oracle Tuxedo to provide "orapki" binary and it's depended libraries (if any), in order to create wallet by using Tuxedo product only and not depending on Oracle DB to provide "orapki"?
