OAM OAAM logout does not work on UserPreferences page (Doc ID 2653862.1)

Symptoms

In an OAM-OAAM integrated setup, clicking Close button on the UserPreference screen does not logout user. This holds good for all the OAAM Server pages.

Use Case :
-------
Customer has used oaam extensions war file to customize their OAAM application.
Close or logout button on the OAAM related screens such as UserPreference or Questions Registration do not work.
On accessing the application, customer is logged back in without challenging for credentials.
