Symptoms

After configuring WNA in OAM 12.2.1.4, while trying to authenticate, getting HTTP 405 (blank page) at bellow URL and request does not go further:
GET http(s)://<oam_maneged_host>:<port>/oam/CredCollectServlet/WNA

 A new feature had been introduced to add endpoints in blockUrls list as per Note How To Prevent OAM From Accepting Login Credentials In A HTTP GET Request (Doc ID 2599800.1).
