Group Emails Are Not Working (Doc ID 2655423.1)

In BPM, Group Emails are not working whenever any task is assigned to group, it supposed to send single email to all users into group. As of now , it is sending single email to all users but without email body.
To test this scenario, I have deployed sample BPM project on server and assigned roles to 2 users, so whenever any task is created in BPM 2 users should be notified via single email. As of now users are able to receive email but without any content .
This email content is coming if we switch to individual emails configuration in BPM human task, that means if any task is created then users will receive 2 emails individually with email body.
