Custom Disposition Actions not Displaying Correctly After installing WCC 12C BP 30499031 (Doc ID 2656430.1)

Symptoms


Custom Dispositions are not saving correctly when they include a Custom Disposition action and no longer display the name of the Custom Disposition.

This issue can be reproduced with the following steps

  1. Create Custom Disposition Action (example CustomAutoDelete)
  2. Create Custom Disposition using this Action
  3. Apply Bundle Patch 30499031 (12.2.1.3.0-2020-01-02 04:57:43Z-r169430)
  4. View the Custom Disposition and see that the Custom Action is now replaced by the action that is to be performed
    Example:  Before Patch:  after effective wait for 1 week then CustomAutoDelete
                   After Patch:     after effective wait for 1 week then Delete Revision
