WebCenter Content (WCC) Links To An MS Excel Document Can Not Be Opened From MS Word File.

Unable to open. Cannot open the specified file.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Search a spreadsheet(excel) document by Content ID then open its content info page.
2. Copy the webviewable link to a word document.
3. Use “Ctrl + Click” to open that link and a popup window is displayed.

4. Click OK on popup warning window

5. Get another warning, Click OK

6. Click OK again and there is nothing.
