Symptoms
* Login to the Admin console.
* Navigate to summary of deployments.
* Expand the Web Application.
* Under Web Services, click on the Webservice.
* Under Configuration for Webservice, clicking on the ports tab, below error appears in the console -

Issue was not observed in Weblogic 12.1.3 version, only after upgrading to 12.2.1.3 the issue surfaced.
