Symptoms

After moving from OCI-Classic to OCI Infrastructure, an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) package that previously was able to send mail using OdiSendMail is no longer able to send email. The following error is reported:

Changes

Any number of changes related to the email request could trigger this error, including a change of hostname/IP or email header information.
