Symptoms

After applying WebLogic Server Patch Set Update(PSU), Directory Server Control Center(DSCC) can not control Directory Server instance with the following error;

 

The functionality works fine as soon as the PSU is reverted.
Behavior is first observed with October 2019 PSU, but likely noted with later PSU as well.
