How To Avoid PMSRVR Golden Gate Process Logging On Root System Log (Doc ID 2658361.1)

Symptoms

These are the attempts executed:
- In order to disable the routing log towards syslog we have commented the relative lines in the .xml file (1337627.1): $GG_HOME/diretc/logging/ogg-ggserr.xml
- Even because the "SYSLOG" parameter is deprecated in version 19.1 it was tried anyway to add this parameter in MGR, GLOBALS and PMSRVR ( 2378981.1)

Is there any other things we can do to avoid log messaging on system log ?
