Symptoms

Unable to check in PDF files in to content server.

ERROR

Error Content item '<Content ID>' was not successfully checked in. Unable to execute service method 'validateCheckinData'. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.
intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUnableToCheckIn,WCCT_050501!csUnableToExecMethod,validateCheckinData
  at intradoc.server.ServiceRequestImplementor.buildServiceException(ServiceRequestImplementor.java:2312)
Caused By: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/lowagie/text/pdf/PdfReader
