Symptoms

Using ART Workbench 12.2.2 and lower releases when build CICS COBOL programs the CICS pre processor is called. When TSAM is not disabled (directive tsam=0 not used), this pre processor introduce additional code to monitor some features like CICS functions, SQL requests, etc

Example of code introduced before SQL code:

 Monitoring variables introduced by pre processor are only declared when CICS verbs are present in source code.
