Goal

Q1) Is it certified to install RCU for WCS 12.2.1.4 on top of 19.x DBaaS in OCI?

Q2) Is it possible to consolidate in the same database the WCS MANAGEMENT and WCS DELIVERY RCUs repositories, when both RCU's have different prefixes?
      For this question, I have seen that it is fully supported to move the schemas: How to Move the Fusion Middleware Metadata Repository (Schemas Created by RCU) for 12.2.x? (Doc ID 2443576.1).
      We suppose that it's a best practice keeping separated both repositories, but is it supported?
