Symptoms

When generating JAX WS webservice using JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.0 it fails with 

Oracle.jdeveloper.webservices.model.GenerationException: generation failed
at oracle.jdeveloper.webservices.model.toplink.dbws.generator.TopLinkDBInvokeBuilder.action(TopLinkDBInvokeBuilder.java:442)
at oracle.jdeveloper.webservices.model.generator.GeneratorAction.run(GeneratorAction.java:142)
