Request For Conflicting Responsibilities Is Failing With "Status SoD Check Completed With Error"

Symptoms
Oracle Identity Manager is integrated with EBS and for SoD violation check GRC is used. IT resource for OAACG is created. On this set up when entitlements (Responsibilities of EBS) which are in conflict are raised, seeing the following error in OIM diagnostic logs :

On OIM for the respective Request ID , following is the message listed :
Status SoD Check Completed With Error
Changes
1. On GRC , Global Condition configuration is enabled (True).
2. Based on above point the same functionality on OIM is enabled by setting the following variable to True:
XL.SoDMultiOrg
This parameter will be created on applying patch for Bug : 27466728
