In 11g OIA when an administrator creates a new access policy, the policy is not immediately active. Is the same functionality available in OIM ?

  1. User A creates the access policy
  2. The access policy is not immediately active
  3. The request for creation is assigned for approval to an administrator user
  4. The Admin user approves the request post which the policy gets created
