Pipeline Alerts Are Not Displayed in EM Console after osb_serverX SSL Port Is Enabled (Doc ID 2661031.1)

Symptoms

After enabling SSL port for osb_serverX, in EM Console: SOA / service-bus(AdminServer) / Alert History / Alert Type = Pipeline Alerts. Nothing will be shown after click on Search button. But it works properly before this configuration changes.
