Import Processor Email Job is not Picking Up Emails "Folder {0} does not exist" (Doc ID 2661348.1)

Symptoms

An Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture Import Processor email job is no longer processing emails.  The information in the Capture managed server log file shows as:
