Purpose
Oracle Utilities Applications Framework products Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM 2.x) and Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM 2.x) use Coherence API. These products' applications form a Coherence cluster with storage enabled and storage disabled (client nodes) processes.
In the batch architecture for the Oracle Utilities Application Framework, Oracle Coherence is included in the product. The Distributed and Named Cache functionality of Oracle Coherence are used by the batch runtime to implement clustering of threadpools and submitters to help support the simple and complex architectures necessary for batch.
The below troubleshooting steps helps to collect the required data, isolate and diagnose the coherence issue.
