RMI "java.lang.NullPointerException" Errors After WebLogic Patch Upgrade (12.2.1.3.190522) (Doc ID 2661877.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading WebLogic patch from version 12.2.1.3.190416 (APR 2019 PSU) to version 12.2.1.3.190522 (JULY 2019 PSU) the issue with RMI related warnings are shown in JVM standard out logs.

This issue can be seen a standalone client that runs from a user's PC and attempts to connect to WebLogic servers via HTTP. Each time the client attempts to connect, the warning was shown and below error populates in the logs.
