Accessing OHS Page on Https Gives "Broken Encryption" Error (Doc ID 2662044.1)

After configuring OHS for SSL, when accessing the OHS page via https it gives below errors:

Broken Encryption (TLS_RSA_WITH_3DES_EDES_EDE_CBC_SHA,112 bit kyes, TLS 1.0)

This happens especially on Firefox , the other browser too give generic error such as "Secure Connection Failed" .
