Unable To Start OHS From Two Nodes At A Time (Doc ID 2662140.1)

Symptoms

OHS is only running from one node at a time.

Customer has configured 2 node OHS. Node manager is up and running from both the nodes. OHS is running from one node and it is throwing error
while starting from the second node.
