Symptoms

The following message is received when attempting to version an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c object:

As a work around, customer had to try multiple combinations of digits in the Version numbers to overcome the issue.

For example, USER1 tried from 1.0.0.0 to 1.0.0.4 and received the error. After multiple attempts the user tried 1.0.0.8, and it went through.
USER2 had the same issue, and ended up successfully using 2.0.0.1.
