Symptoms
When attempting to access APEX Builder or APEX Internal Administrator Page the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"Sorry, this page isn't available"
ERR-7620 Could not determine workspace for application ().
Contact your application administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install APEX 19.2
2. Install and Configure ORDS 19.4 to access APEX deployed in Tomcat 8.5.45
3. Test the URL to access APEX:
http://tomcat_server:tomcat_port/ords/apex_admin
or
http://tomcat_server:tomcat_port/ords/
