Custom Work Managers Not Shown up in the WebLogic Console Page (Doc ID 2663000.1)

Symptoms

Custom Work Managers are not shown in the WebLogic console WLS Managed Server--->Monitoring ---->Workload tab

As shown in the below screen shot, the "WM_MonitoringTesting" workmanager with global-scope, created for a WLS servers, does not appear in the workload page.
