Symptoms

After installing OTD Webgate Bundle Patch (BP) ... 11.1.2.3.190204 (BP13) Webgate <Patch:29309637>, unable to start OTD server. Error below is displayed

 

[ERROR:32] [OTD-10251] Error running Init function load-modules: dlopen of <Oracle_OAMWebGate1>/webgate/iplanet/lib/webgate.so failed (<otd>/11.1.1.9.0/lib/libnss3.so: version `NSS_3.34' not found (required by /usr/lib64/libcurl.so))

[ERROR:32] server initialization failed

Changes

libcurl.so module on the system was upgraded
