On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Deployment

Unable to login to BPM Worklist using load balanced / OAM protected URL

We are unable to login to BPM Worklist using our load balanced URL: https://<URL>/integration/worklistapp/faces/login.jspx. We get a password denied error. However, using the hostname:port it works fine with the exact same credentials. We are using OAM and have the following URI excluded. Unfortunately, we are unable to load the forms for task details, because those are all set to the Load Balancer.
