Oracle Document Transfer Utility - Testing the GenericSoapPort Connection (Doc ID 2664305.1)

Symptoms

Establishing connection to the server for the first time with the Document Transfer Utility GenericSoap jar file.

NOTE: 

The tool is upgraded each UCM version. The new version of libraries can be found  ${MW_HOE}\Oracle_ECM1\ucm\Distribution\FAProv\ (in 11g) or in in ${ORACLE_HOME}/wccontent/ucm/Distribution/FAProv (in 12c).

 

Changes

There are class files not in the path/classpath for the "oracle.ucm.fa_genericclient_11.1.1.jar" file to work.
 
Used the -ping command to check the connection.
