Symptoms

Establishing a connection to the server for the first time with the Document Transfer Utility GenericSoap jar file

NOTE: 

The tool is updated with each new UCM version. The new version of libraries can be found  ${MW_HOME}\Oracle_ECM1\ucm\Distribution\FAProv\ (in 11g) or in in ${ORACLE_HOME}/wccontent/ucm/Distribution/FAProv (in 12c).
