Symptoms

WebCenter Content Upgrade Assistant Fails in Readiness Mode

Upgrade for WCC 11.1.1.9.0 to WCC 12.2.1.4.0

When running the upgrade assistant in readiness mode, getting an error for the upgrade during phase TEST_REQUIRED_INDEXES:  java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException.
