Symptoms
Delete Reconciliation is not clearing Open Provisioning tasks for the User.
Steps to Replicate:
- Create a UserX.
- Provision OUD account
Make sure this shows up as provisioned/enabled in UserX's account list.
- Now bring down the OUD server or create some connectivity issue between OIM and OUD.
- Try to revoke the OUD account.
- This will create a Delete Open task with Status Pending.
- Bring up the OUD server or resolve the connectivity between OIM and OUD.
- Now delete the userX in OUD directly.
- Run Delete reconciliation
- This will revoke the OUD account for the UserX.
- And changes the status of Delete Task to cancelled and Pending at the same time.
Manual Complete of such tasks throws following error:
Now such tasks shows up in Open tasks list forever.
Expectation:
Manual Complete should take care of such tasks.
