APEX: Unreadable Home Sub-Menus when Changing Zoom on Chrome Web Browser

Symptoms
When changing the Zoom-factor within the web browser, the menu navigation starts repositioning the collapsible expand icons ('>') in a stair.
This leads to unreadable Menu-Items when zoom factor is 67% or less.
Issue is reproduced like in the next steps:

Open browser customize menu and click minus by the Zoom setting

The miss-alignment starts with first Menu when zoom is changed to 90%.

At 67% the expand icons are shown in reverted stair.

For 5 Menus this leads that the last 2 are not readable.

When changing zoom back to 100% page is displayed correctly again.

When zoom is over 100%, page is displayed correctly.
