Symptoms
After applying SOA BP (180705 or later), BPM startup time is very slow.
without SOABP
--------->deploying 464 composites took 97573 ms
with SOABP12.2.1.3.191208.1658.0113
--------->deploying 464 composites took 602897 ms
CompositeLazyLoading does not work with bundle patch even if CompositeLazyLoading properties is true
