Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In WebVerifier, two error dialog boxes appear after releasing a batch.

These error dialogs appear when the user selects 'Yes' when the "Close batch and return to the batch list" radio button is improperly shown as Active.

The first Error Dialog window, "Error in the application" appears.

When clicking 'OK', the second Error Dialog "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" appears.

The error dialog disappears when clicking 'OK'.

When using the workaround of choosing the "Verify next invalid batch in the list" radio button, select 'Yes', these errors do not appear.
