On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

SOA suite schema upgrade 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 failed

While doing an upgrade from 12.2.1.3. to 12.2.1.4 upgrade assistant (UA) is failing when upgrading the Data Base Schemas with the error message
