Supplemental Logging Values Changing After Registering Extract (Doc ID 2668631.1)

Symptoms

Facing below issue with goldengate on source database.
Versions: Oracle Goldengate : 12.3.0.1.4, Database : 12.2.0.1.0 (multitenant database); 

- Implemented trandata at table level for all columns
- Created common user with all necessary privileges at root level (C##<username>)

Before Integrated Extract is registered with PDB,  below are values from "CDB_SUPPLEMENTAL_LOGGING"

After enabling minimal supplemental logging, minimal supplemental logging is YES; and PRIMARY_KEY, UNIQUE_INDEX, FOREIGN_KEY are: NO for the PDB
but after registering extract, supplemental logging of PRIMARY_KEY, UNIQUE_INDEX, FOREIGN_KEY are changed to: YES.
