Symptoms
Try to run a report containing OLE code (OLE2 package) to create reports output to Microsoft Excel.
Running such report with Reports Builder works. However, running same report with rwclient or rwservlet or while calling from Forms shows the following error:

OLE2 code developed in 6i is being migrated to Oracle Reports 12C.
