Screen Hangs (Busy Cursor) When inputText Has autoSubmit=true With inputFile maximumFiles > 1 (Doc ID 2669103.1)

Symptoms

In JDeveloper 12.2.1.3, the screen hangs when in the JSPX page inputText has autoSubmit=true property in combination with inputFile set with maximumFiles property set more than 1 (> 1), selecting a radio button will cause the cursor to keep spinning which will lead to the screen page being locked.

The main issue is the presence of the inputFile with maximumFiles >1. With this, other fields, such as a inputText field with autoSubmit=true, along with other command buttons cause the page to hang.
