Symptoms

When loading data with an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) mapping from an Oracle Database to Salesforce, it fails with the following exception:

java.sql.BatchUpdateException: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: [FMWGEN][SForce JDBC Driver][SForce]You are creating a duplicate record. We recommend you use an existing record instead.
