Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Transports

EMPTY FIELDS ARE PARSED AS NULL INSTEAD OF EMPTY STRINGS

After upgrading Oracle Service Bus from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, following REST does not work because empty fields are parsed as NULL instead EMPTY STRINGS.

Following patches has been applied by the customer

Patch 30351295: OSB 12.2.1.3, Proxy service with single operation is sending request without content headers
