Symptoms
In master details interactive grid with custom PL/SQL DML process in APEX 19.2, when saving the master everything is fine but when you go to the details and press the save button then receiving this error:
Ajax call returned server error ORA-01403: no data found for .
Even when the master record is selected.
But when you refresh the page or select another master record and go back to the new record in master, then the details is inserted without any error.
This master details behavior was working fine in earlier versions of APEX 5.1, 18.x, and 19.1
